Batter is standard Bisquick
Topping is custard and fresh fruit

Day 1 -Lemon Curd

So I got a waffle maker as a wedding present. My friend Lisa was joking awhile ago about the utility of single use kitchen appliances, inspired by hearing about 365 Days of Slow Cooking. 

So here goes the documenting of 365 different ways to make waffles.

Day 1 -Plain with Lemon Curd

Waffle Batter is Standard Bisquick recipe. Topping is lemon curd leftover from making cupcakes for the wedding.
